Tus derechos
Puedes pedirme ver, corregir o borrar tus datos escribiendo a rick@xtperformance.com.
Cambios

Who I am
XT Performance is an individual player analysis service by Ricardo Sepúlveda. You can write to me at rick@xtperformance.com.
What data I collect
When you send the contact form: the player's name, date of birth, country, state or region, city, club, league or level, position, dominant foot, email or phone, the parent or guardian's name and contact if the player is a minor, goal, program of interest, a video link and the message you write.
When you send a testimonial: your name, your role or club, your text and, if you upload one, a photo.
What I use it for
Only to reply to you, prepare the analysis you ask for and run my work with clients. I do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Minors
If the player is a minor, the form must be sent or authorized by their parent or guardian. If the player is under 13, the responsible adult must send it.
Testimonials and photos
A testimonial and its photo are published only after I approve them. You can ask me to remove them at any time.
Visits to this page
I count visits anonymously, without cookies or personal data: the page, the language, the source, the device type and a random code that is cleared when you close the browser.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in Supabase, a cloud database, and email notifications are sent with Resend. Both process data on my behalf.
Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data by writing to rick@xtperformance.com.
Changes
If I change this notice, I update the date above.
